The harder part would be convince your spouse to do your chores around the house so that you can work longer. Remember to ask them politely and to explain to them how important the business is and what it is going to mean for your family.

The best way to get your spouse to help you is to make sure they understand that you are not doing it for yourself but that you are doing it so that your family can have a better life. This is something that a spouse is going to understand and if you can make them see this, you will find that they are much more willing to help you out. Remember though when your spouse is working for you, you have to always be thinking that they are not just an employee but they are the person that you are spending your life with. So, you have to be nice to them and you have to make sure that you can separate the job from your lives together or else it will ont work.
